Chris Walton is a singer, songwriter, and producer currently based in Boston, MA. He's developed a classic sound with a modern aesthetic, drawing on influences from neo-soul, to jazz and funk. He released his debut EP, "Bsides" in 2018, and sophomore EP "Fade" in 2020. He just recorded his debut album in Nashville, which will be ready for your ears in January 2023. Following the album release, he's planning to hit the road in early 2023.
Walton is equally comfortable writing intimate, introspective love songs or upbeat retro pop tracks as heard on his debut album, Ruminating Thoughts, making its way to fans on January 20th. This album is a culmination of his music up to this point, including recent releases “Soon” and “Cravin’,” that left fans eager to hear more from the chilled-out crooner. Inspired by the likes of Stevie Wonder, early John Mayer, and Daniel Caesar, Chris has created an album of smooth, jazz kissed songs that tug at the heart strings of listeners with effortless relatability on love and loss of love.
