'Circles' by Post Malone Sets New Record for Most Weeks in Top 10 of Billboard Hot 100

Updated: Sep 12

Billboard’s success is not a new feat for Posty. The American superstar’s third studio album, Hollywood's Bleeding was considered by Billboard to be the most popular album of 2019 having finished atop of Billboard hot 200 for five non-consecutive weeks in November.

Arguably the best song on the album, “Circles” on Monday became the song to spend the most time in the top 10 of the Billboard top 100, having been there for a total of 34 weeks.

Ed Sheeran's "Shape of You," Cardi B and Maroon 5’s "Girls Like You," and Malone's "Sunflower" which featured Swae Lee are the only songs to come close to this record as they couldn't surpass the 33 weeks barrier.

"Circles" debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 on September 14 and eventually reached the No. 1 at the end of November. It’s been a blissful journey since then and it’s the kind of positivity Posty needs right now following credits lawsuits filed against him and rumours of drug abuse.
