RuMaz rap tag team releasing bouncy new single 'Don't look Down' May 13th

The bombastic rap tag-team of 90BRO and Max Gavins team up as RuMaz once again for their bouncy new single "Don't Look Down".

A couple of years on from their last release, RuMaz lay dormant while the Covid-19 storm raged, but now awaken to deliver their signature hyper back-and-forth style that made them an energetic staple in the North East live music scene. They previously rocked shows at the Cluny2 for Northern Electric Festival, multiple slots at Lindisfarne Festival, and most recently supported Scrannabis and Too Common during the Sunderland date of the MAD House Tour. They've also received airplay on BBC Radio 6 Music and BBC Radio 2 thanks to Tom Robinson's Pride Playlist.

"Don't Look Down" is a ridiculously energetic, lively, fast-paced banger influenced by everything from old school UK Grime, to reggae, to early 00s pop.

"We wanted to make something that harks back to the older era of hype grime classics, while still keeping with the contemporary sounds of today."

Plenty of name-dropping, clever wordplay and colloquialisms ensure the listener catches something new on every listen, "Don't Look Down" serves as the final warm-up single before the album, "Songs In The Key Of Hype" drops on 10th June

"Don't Look Down" will be released on 13th May 2022.
