About James Qupid: Emmitt James Miller , Better Known by his stage name as James Qupid is an American singer-songwriter and music producer from South Florida.He was born in Clear Water , Florida and Moved to West Palm Beach , at the age of 5 years old. His love for music began first in the church where he joined the youth choir.Coming from a big family of singers and musicians James discovered a wide range and taste of music.His Parents Introduced him to the Sounds of Kirk Franklin to Key sweat.By third grade James began to write poetry and begin to turn his poems into songs as he developed his skills as a songwriter.At the age of 16 he was introduced to the art of music production by his older cousin.James would sit in the Garage for hours watching his older cousin create beats and he was greatly inspired and Knew music was what he wanted to pursue.James took his craft very seriously He would recruit talent to collaborate with at his High school, and recorded his first song in his friends home studio.Seeking a better quality sound James and his close friends begin to put their money together to book studio time. Eventually James caught the attention of a Indie label in South Florida and signed as an artist.
